Why I made the change
I'm married with two daughters and family means everything to me. I was a commercial electrician for over thirty years and had reached a stage of my life, where it was time for a change.
I was unhappy in my job, it had become repetitive and increasingly stressful, I continually felt mentally and physically exhausted and although I was earning a decent salary, I never had the time to enjoy it, because I was always at work. It was unfair on my family because when I finally did spend time with them, I was not a great version of myself, I was always tired and irritable, I had no energy left to give them because I had used it all up at work and they were left with an empty shell.
They never complained, but they deserved a lot more, we all did! and I knew I had to change my situation but I didn't quite know how................until I found a solution.
